1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 66win4 platform—whether through the website at 66win4.vu, the mobile app, or any other interface—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each person may register only one account on 66win4. Registering multiple accounts—under your own name or using another person's details—is a violation of these terms and will result in suspension of all related accounts.

Registration Requirements

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at registration.
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number to receive OTP verification.
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID before your first withdrawal.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 66win4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 66win4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals through Philippine bank transfer, online mobile banking, and local e-wallets. Deposits

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. Accounts found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method owned and registered in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated in your account.
• 66win4 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

66win4 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposits, game restrictions, and expiry periods. • Bonuses are for entertainment use only and cannot be withdrawn as cash without satisfying the stated wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 66win4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abusing bonus terms—including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus—will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account suspension.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where the platform explicitly allows it.
• Bets placed after an event has started are subject to in-play betting rules, which may differ from pre-match rules.
• If a technical error occurs during a bet placement or game round, 66win4 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per wager and may vary by game type, event, and account level.

Prohibited Conduct

• A self-exclusion request has been submitted and the player attempts to open a new account.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 66win4 may withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. If the balance is determined to be legitimate, it will be returned to the registered payment method following a review period.

9 Limitation of Liability

66win4 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.

66win4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or technical failures outside our control.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently identified as resulting from a verifiable technical fault, where bets on the affected round are voided in accordance with standard practice.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the platform.

10 Changes to These Terms

66win4 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may also notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Continued use of the 66win4 platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.
